Description
GENERAL: The purchase of intraoral dental scanner for powder free dental impressions, which will provide alternative to analogue impression making techniques for fabrication of fixed and removable prosthetic appliances including: crowns, bridges, implant restorations, orthodontic retainers, implant placement guides. The NAICS code is 423430, and size standard is 250 employees. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: NYHHCS Brooklyn Campus Dental Service: 800 Poly Place Brooklyn, NY 11209 NYHHCS St. Albans Campus: 179-00 Linden Blvd. St. Albans, NY 11425 SPECIFICATIONS: 22001094-STM 3 Color Pod w/Pen -The equipment should provide widest range of treatment options with verified CAD/CAM lab workflows: Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, inlays, onlays, Removable partial dentures Temporary crowns and virtual diagnostic wax-ups Post and core, Abutments, implant bridges and bars, and full study model scanning including vestibular and palatal areas - The equipment should include software necessary for capture of images, editing and laboratory communication with ability of future updates and upgrades - The system should provide ability to integrate additional componentry including software expansion for diagnostic planning, implant treatment planning and milling services - The equipment should provide fast, accurate, powder free scanning with option for full arch scanning and articulation - The equipment should provide option for shade matching - The equipment should provide ability of scanning all surfaces in oral cavity, including semi-transparent ortho brackets and high gloss metals. - The equipment should provide removable scanner tips, with ability to sterilize by autoclave - The scanning tips should provide ability to scan in multiple positions: scanning upwards and downwards. - The scanner should provide minimum LED light source - The system should support open platform STL files, which will not limit ability to communicate with other manufacturers milling machines. - The system should be portable enough for easy transport between multiple dental operatories - The system should provide equivalent of Pod: Power cable and power supply unit, one Wi-Fi dongle, one charger for Wireless batteries including three batteries, USB dongle with software, five Scanner Tips including autoclavable mirrors, Protection Tip, Calibration Tip, Color Calibration Kits - The capturing Pen grip dimension should not exceed: 373 g, 28.22 x 40.03 x 4.87 cm - Battery minimum requirements: Pen grip: 5-minute 2 NOTE: This request for information is solely for the purposes of determining if a Service Disabled Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) set-aside will be used.
