Description

Regional Contracting Office Central intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award with GE Healthcare, a large business, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX. This will be a non-personal service to provide Maintenance and Repair Service on the ViewPoint Software. The ViewPoint Software is specific to GE Healthcare and used on high risk obstetrics. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, and the size standard is 38,500,000.00.
