- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Invacare Tracer 4 Wheelchairs as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C26018Q9524 and is issued as a Brand-Name or Equal (Invacare) request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and the associated NAICS 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument MFG.
