SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS This is a Sources Sought Notice announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. Any requests for a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify sources that have an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for rental of Mobile Shockwave Therapy (Device) for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso Texas. The criteria for devices are as follow: 1. High-energy electro-hydraulic single-dose extra-corporeal shockwave treatment (ESWT) 2. Device able to deliver between 14kV - 28kV of energy operating at 4Hz 3. Must be FDA approved 4. Able to perform non-invasive tendonopathy to include chronic plantar fasciitis and chronic lateral epicondylitis procedures If your organization has the potential capacity and resources to support a requirement for Mobile Shockwave Therapy Services for WBAMC, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, point of contact email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size (small versus large business) and type of ownership for the organization. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION or SOLE SOURCE. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested sources are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 10:00 a.m. (MST), June 26, 2018.
