- Acceptable Existing Space Conditions Special Requirements Minimum ABOA SF: 6,300 Maximum ABOA SF: 6,600 Space Type: OFFICE Effective Date: June 03, 2019 - August 30, 2019 Term: 19 months, 11 months firm Parking: 2 Reserved Spaces, on site or within 3 blocks Delineated Area: - NORTH: 18th Street west to Ashland, south to Interstate-55, west to Western, north to 31st Street, west to Cicero; - SOUTH: Archer Avenue (both sides) east to 47th Street east to King Drive Boulevard south to 60th Street east to Cornell Avenue to 57th Street to Lake Shore Drive; - EAST: Lake Shore Drive; - WEST: Cicero Co-location restrictions: This space cannot be located in a building that houses law enforcement, immigration enforcement or tax collection agencies, unless a waiver of this requirement is approved by the Government. All buildings must be located on a postal delivery route. All buildings must contain a loading dock/area or an acceptable alternative. If there are no available options containing Census' unique requirements as outlined in the RLP, the Government reserves the right to identify an acceptable alternative.
