Description

Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15), intends to award a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to CareFusion Solutions, LLC, 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130-2622; to provide commercial maintenance services on Pyxis equipment items for the VISN 15 medical centers; in accordance with FAR 8.405-3 Blanket purchase agreements (BPAs). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; a solicitation package is not available. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition exists and that acquiring these services by soliciting competition is more advantageous to the Government. Written responses must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 1 July 2018 at 4:00pm CDT. All inquiries and submittals must be sent via email to: paul.landry@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be used to determine if competition exists and, based on that determination, whether the Government should solicit quotations from more than one source.
