- U.S. GOVERNMENT The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Indiana City / County Aurora, IN / Dearborn County Delineated Area: North : State Road 350 East : State Road 56 South: East Laughery Creek Road West : Hueseman Road, Lower Dillsboro Road, Chesterville Road and Stitts Hill Road Min/Max Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,644 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,173 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 21 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 21 spaces Full Term: Ten (10 Years) Firm Term: Two (2 Years) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative. · Class A or B space · <img src="file:///C:/Users/dsanders/AppData/Local/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.gif" alt="" width="1" height="1" /> Contiguous, above ground, space preferred. · All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
