Description

Statement of Need Lebanon VA Medical Center 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue Lebanon, PA 17042 Title of Project: Bio Logic Navigator Pro AEP (ABR) Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables in this Statement of Need, except as may otherwise be specified. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Brand Name Contract Period of Performance: Contract Award Requirement: The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a brand name requirement for Bio Logic Navigator Pro AEP Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR). The ABR must be compatible and integrate with our current Videonystagmography (VNG) machine. If a different manufacturer's machine is introduced it will require the purchase of additional systems, equipment, and supplies that the Lebanon VA Medical Center does not possess. The new ABR must have an integrated noise algorithm to account for electrical interference. No other manufacturer's ABR devices are compatible with the existing Bio-Logic system in the Lebanon VA Medical Center. One each of the following is needed: Bio-Logic Navigator Pro AEP Base Kit (1 Amplifier Channel, insert earphones (PN580-SINSER-012) and Graphmaster Bio-Logic Navigator 2nd Amplifier Channel (2ENG EEG/EP recording channel) Bio-Logic Bone Conduction Oscillator - B-71 Bone Conduction Oscillator. Complete Package includes a fixed headband and 12 cable attached Installation of Equipment Training Delivery: The contractor shall coordinate delivery of the equipment and installation/training required under this statement of need with the Point of Contact listed below and within thirty (30) calendar days of the contract award.
