- SYNOPSIS The National Park Service, Southeast Region intends to award a Firm Fixed price award for replacing air handlers and condensing units located in Building 209-Administration Building of the San Juan National Historic Site. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction Contracts. Site Address: NPS-San Juan National Historic Site, 501 calle Norzagaray, San Juan, PR 00901 NAICS Code: 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors, Standard business size is $15.0M. The National Park Service is presently using FEDCONNECT and FEDBIZOPPS to issue Request for Quotes (RFQ). You must register at FEDCONNECT at website https://WWW.FEDCONNECT.net. If you have any registration questions please call 1-800-899-6665. Solicitations may be viewed online at either http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.fedconnect.net. Fedbizopps will be the only means of obtaining the amendments and will be able to receive electronic notification of solicitations and awards. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments. The Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder's list. It is incumbent for any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and respond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposal/quotes or amendments may render the offeror nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the offer. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organization representation and certifications at www.SAM.gov prior to submitting their offer. Failure to do so will render an offer nonresponsive. No telephone offers accepted. All solicitations must be received in this office not later than the date specified in the solicitation or any amendments. The solicitation release date will be on or about: 07/10/2018. **This announcement serves to comply with the required 15 days that the synopsis should be posted as per FAR 5.203(a). Solicitation with the specifications and drawings will be posted around the second week of July 2018 and will remain posted for a period of 30 days as per FAR 5.203(c). Please do not call or write requesting drawings or specifications at this time. **In order to be eligible for award, contractors must have a DUNS number and an active SAM.GOV profile. Contractors must be registered as a small business.
