- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the potential issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a Cloud-based Enterprise Case Management System Services and licenses for 250 concurrent end users. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the potential issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a Cloud-based Enterprise Case Management System Services and licenses for 250 concurrent end users. The requirement is for Cloud-based Enterprise Case Management System Services. DoD policies and directives require DoDEA to automate business processes which enhance efficiency through the use of technology to provide, track, and maintain various records on current employees, applicants and other case work, throughout multiple business units and processes. The solution is an agile enterprise level case management & tracking solution that can be custom tailored to meet various users' needs. The product must support incremental design with continuous configurability and integration. The product must be deployable and accessible in real-time, on a global scale, and enforce business rules and processes automatically and electronically. The product must be customizable by the end-user and administrators, and not require extensive coding, scripting, nor re-engineering. Requirement specifics: 1. Set aside: It is likely that the solicitation will be publicized as Full and Open in FBO. 2. NAICS: 511210 3. PSC: R307 4. Size standards in millions of dollars: N/A 5. Acquisition approach: FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 procedures. 6. Proposed contract type: Single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). 7. Period of Performance: 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods 8. Place of Performance: 4800 Mark Center Drive, Alexandria, VA 22350 9.
