- Draft SOW DDP The NASA Shared Service Center is conducting sources sought for Goddard Space Flight Centers (GSFC) Diversity Dialogue Project (DDP). DDP facilitation by the vendor may be provided to as many as two (2) cohort groups including one at Wallops Flight Facility. Contractor will be expected to pair external vendor facilitators with current internal government facilitators available/planning to support the ongoing groups. Please see attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and provide the following in your response to this Request for Information: 1.0 Business name, address, Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) Number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, and point of contact information 2.0 Business size under NAICS 611430, including socio-economic category (Large, Small, 8(a) Participant, Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Non Profit) 3.0 If requirement is available through GSA 3.1 GSA contract number 3.2 SIN number 4.0 Capability Statement - no more than 8 pages - 4.1 Describe your organization's breadth of expertise, experience, and knowledge in providing the requirement set forth in the draft SOW. 4.2 Please provide a short description of your experience in providing personnel, management and materials necessary to deliver requirement set forth in the draft SOW. 5.0 Rough estimate of pricing Questions can be submitted in writing (e-mail) to Desiree Vogt at Desiree.L.Vogt@nasa.gov, and Christine Faulkner at christine.faulkner@nasa.gov. Telephone questions will not be accepted. Responses should be submitted in Writing (e-mail) to Desiree Vogt at Desiree.L.Vogt@nasa.gov, and Christine Faulkner at christine.faulkner@nasa.gov by the response date in FBO. This is a request for information only. This notice shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. In addition, it does not guarantee that a subsequent solicitation will be issued. Submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought notice is voluntary and will assist in selecting the appropriate solicitation type/method. Costs associated with any submission shall not be reimbursed by the Government. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT SEEKING PROPOSALS AND WILL NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS. All interested and capable contractors are encouraged to respond. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the sources sought evaluation. The results of this sources sought notice will assist the Contracting Officer in determining whether an 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Certified HUBZone Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Small Business set-aside, or full and open competition is an acceptable strategy for this procurement. Responses to this synopsis may be used to aid in establishing realistic, achievable small business participation goals.
