- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Office of General Counsel (OGC) is issuing this Sources Sought to identify qualified and responsible small business sources having an interest in and possess the technical experience and resources to provide non-personal services for the preparation and filing of patent applications for the invention support services and related administrative services to the EPA ¿s Office of General Counsel (OGC). The anticipated duration of this requirement is for five (5) years. The anticipated award date, if a solicitation is issued, is on or around the third quarter of fiscal year 2018 and could be subject to change. The Government intends to issue a Total Small Business set-a-side for these services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to these proposed services is 541110-Offices of Lawyers (size standard is $11.0 million as of this posting).
