- Notice Type: Sources Sought: 11185656 Synopsis: The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's needs. The information provided will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113 with a corresponding size standard of 750. The Government is especially interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide Custom Carmeda Coated H-L Kits n Trace Cart - Rev #13 Each Kit includes: 2 ea. - DLP 10061 Macro Suction Tubes # 20fr 1 ea. - Deroyal 53-1094 Trace Cart 1 ea. # AMD 62PM84F M/F Pressure Monitoring Line 84# 1 ea. - MDT Carmeda Bonded Total System to include H-L Pack, Oxygenator and Centrifugal Pump 1 ea. - Quest 5001102 Cardioplegia Delivery System, used in the DOS Department at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Joint Base -Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The Period of Performance (POP) will not exceed 3 years and will consist of (1) base period and two option periods. Contractors responding to this sources sought notice are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research.
