Description

In accordance with FAR 5.301 and 16.505(b)(2), this posting serves as notice of contract award and provides the published Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity required to be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Page.   Delivery Order 36C10B18Q2586 was placed under the terms and conditions of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) NNG15SD22B with Four Points Technology, LLC located at 14900 Conference Center Dr. Ste. 100, Chantilly, VA 20151.     The total delivery order value is $6,102,041.86, for a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.   VA Office of Information and Technology, Veterans Centered Experience (VCE), Enterprise Health Benefits Determination (EHBD) program office has a requirement to acquire AEM Forms, LiveCycle, and Digital Platform software maintenance (i.e., bug-fixes, minor-release upgrades, troubleshooting support, etc.), technical support (i.e., on-demand support via phone, email, webchat, etc.), and professional services support.
