- Contracting Office Address: Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section, 320 First Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20534 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and responsible sources having the ability to provide for Accreditation Services. The Bureau seeks to obtain accreditation and subsequent reaccreditation for all federal institutions, Staff Training Centers, and the Central Office Headquarters. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 15BNASRRCA00109 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a requirements contract with a firm-fixed price award contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor with a performance of performance to begin on October 1, 2018. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be an unrestricted action. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION: 541690 and the size standard is $15.0 million. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the proposal will not be available. The request for proposal will be available around late July. The close date will be approximately 20 days after the issuance of the request for proposals. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: The Government reserves the right to cancel any or all of the solicitation(s), either before or after the posting with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a DUNS number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
