Caviwave Steris CaviWave Ultrasonic cleaning system is requested as they provide a 20-gallon tank that has automatic opening lid and load elevator with 132 kHz power output generators with complex resonance frequencies to ensure cleaning efficiency which produce smaller bubbles during cavitation to increase cleaning potential. The 132 kHz power output generators with complex resonance frequencies to ensure cleaning efficiency will ensure that the conditions to pass the daily TOSI test and alternate sono-check test are met. This unit will fit into the available space in the decon areas the max dimensions need to be under 40W x 42.4H x 30L to fit in with existing equipment. The height needs to be below 43.25" to work with carts used to assist in the moving of heavy surgical sets and trays from sink to ultrasonic and then to automatic washers. The requested unit has the following unique features: Toe Tap start of the ultrasonic cycle and automatically open at the completion of the cycle. Pre-programmed automatic Drain Flush Alert programmed for 12 cycles as well as a manual drain flush button. An interlock safety control for the front panel that shuts the unit down when opened. The unit has a 20-gallon solution capacity and a lifting tray with a capacity to lift 35 pounds of weight. The unit is equipped with two chemical detergent probes, one for detergent and one for lubricant. The unit is able to connect to existing building drains and utilities with additional work to configure plumbing and drain connections and sonic clean up to 10 Lumen devices per cycle with ultrasonic cleaning and internal flushing of the lumens.
