- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and using procedures in FAR Subpart 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is FA3016-18-U-0185 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98, effective May 1, 2018 and DFARS Change Notice 20171228, effective 28 December 2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees.
