Price list Orlando Price list Largo Updated Combined Synopsis Solicitation BPA Terms and conditions Orlando BPA Terms and Conditions Update PWS Updated PWS The Commander of the Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATF-S) is seeking lodging accommodations and associated hotel services for government personnel, family members and pets during emergency evacuation. Hurricane Irma in 2017 and other emergencies in the past have forced evacuation of all JIATF-S personnel, family members and pets. The lodging consists of approximately four-hundred (400) rooms on the Orlando, FL or Melbourne, FL area per emergency. The Government is considering Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) in support of this requirement. See attachments for details. Price shall be based on services included in the Performance Work Statement per location (Largo/Clearwater, and Orlando). Note that the business arrangement is also different per location. 2. Submit signed and dated offers per location to include, as a minimum: a) The solicitation number; b) Price for each line item in the Price Lists and any discount terms; c) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; d) CAGE Code and Taxpayer ID number; e) A technical proposal with a description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements, rooms and amenities brochures, previous contracts for similar services, or other documents, if necessary; f) Terms of any express warranty; g) "Remit to" address, if different than mailing address; h) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically); i) Acknowledgment of solicitation amendments. 3. Offers will not be accepted from third party agencies. Offers will be accepted directly from Lodging Facility providers only. In accordance with the PWS requirements, the successful offeror shall provide a point of contact of sufficient authority to authorize changes. In order for this and other PWS requirements to be met, the Government must maintain privity of contract directly with lodging facility providers. Offers from third parties shall be considered non-responsive and will be excluded from consideration for award.
