- Applicable Far Clauses SOW for Boarding vessel platform SF-1449 This combined synopsis/solicitation for Supplies is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-18-Q-QRX63500. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 423860 Transportation Equipment and Supplies (Except Motor Vehicles) Merchant Wholesalers, Size standard in number of employees (100) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contact resulting from this solicitation to the responsbile offeror whoe offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government (Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable). When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of each vessle b. Cost of shipping to Charleston SC Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 27 July 2018 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 03 August 2018. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations: N/A SCOPE OF WORK: USCG Maritime Law Enforcement Academy in Charleston SC looking for two vessels to be used as training boarding platforms for the MLEA. See attached SOW for the requirements of the vessels requested. Vessels shall be shipped to the following location: USCG Maritime Law Enforecement Academy 2000 Bainbridge Avenue Charleston SC 29405 Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $130K Performance Period: Contractors shall provide the two vessels to the USCG MLEA within 30 days after receipt of award. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays. Site visit: N/A Work hours: Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1500 (8 am - 3 pm) for delivery of vessels See attached applicable FAR Clauses by reference.
