- PR# 73476318, NSN 5998-01-200-2496, Circuit Card Assembly This requirement is for a quantity of 18 each with price breaks requested from 18 - 25 each. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This item is solicted under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1) Approved Sources: HARRIS CORPORATION DBA GOVERNMENT 91417 P/N 626588-G03 HARRIS CORPORATION DBA HARRIS RF 14304 P/N 626588-G03 Delivery is 414 days. DLA Land and Maritime PROC NOTE L04/M06 Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items, outlines the Offerers requirements and will be included in the solicitation. A Government First Article Test is required. This item will be shipped to a Government stock location at Tinker AFB OK. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. FDT Applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around July 10, 2018. Hard copies of this solicitation are not avaialble, and must be downloaded from the internetsite above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitaiton for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interst and capability to satisy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. This solicitation will not include DLA Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
