The exchange of information with industry enables military decision-makers to articulate requirements for education systems of the future. The Industry Forum provides a comprehensive methodology that links Army needs to commercially available products. The outcome is Industry representatives gain a better understanding of military learning system requirements; military educators and trainers establish the framework for the potential use of COTS educational products. 8.
