Description

NH GUAM RFQ 18Q0017 ULTRASOUND MACHINES The US Naval Hospital, Guam is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a firm-fixed price contract for two (2) Brand Name Model Number Voluson P8 2016 Ultrasound Machines. Manufactured by GE Healthcare. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, reference NAICS code 339112. This procurement is Set-Aside to Small Businesses only. This acquisition is being processed in accordance with FAR 13.1 and FAR 12.6. If interested in quoting, submit in accordance with this RFQ. Contract award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, in conforming to this RFQ, provides the best value to the Government, price and technical factors considered. The Government will not consider multiple awards. All offerors must quote on all items and all quantities listed in the schedule to be considered for award no later than 11:00am Guam time on 13 July 2018. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive any contract award or payment, visit http://www.sam.gov for more information.
