This Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is for floor scrubbers for the VA San Diego Healthcare System. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, this solicitation is competed as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Only offers from contractors listed on www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov as an SDVOSB will be considered. This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation. If your company wishes to offer floor scrubbers of similar quality and capability, please provide your offer and the salient characteristics. Those offers will be forwarded to the end user for consideration. All offers must be FOB Destination. All shipping costs must be factored into the cost of the line items. All questions must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 0700 am PST on Thursday, June 28th, 2018. An amendment will be posted by 1200 noon on Thursday, June 28th, with answers to all questions received. All offers must be filled out on the SF1449 below and emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on Friday, June 29th, 2018. No late offers will be considered.
