Attachment 10, Cost Estimate Breakdown Example Attachment 9, Draft DD Form 1354 Attachment 8, Project Location Attachment 7, Local Information Attachment 6, Progress Schedule Example Attachment 5, HAZMAT Letter Attachment 3, Base Access Request form Attachment 4, AETC Form 47 Attachment 2, Wage Determination Attachment 1, Statement of Work Request for Proposal FA301618R0072, Bldg 61 Fire Suppression System The objective of this design-build project is to extend the existing fire suppression system to cover the dock administrative office areas in building 61 on Joint Base San Antonio - Randolph (JBSA-RND). The estimated magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with PAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM); contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov The 502D contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph TX, intends to award a single contract with a 140 day period of performance. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
