Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Bridge Contract for VA798S-13-A-0007, VA119-17-J-0046 | OFFICE OF SMALL AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS UTILIZATION (OSDBU) Direct Access Program (DAP) Support Contracting Activity: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics (OPAL) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) 10300 Spotsylvania Ave, Suite 400 Fredericksburg, VA 22408 Description of Action: The proposed action is for a one (1) month firm-fixed price (FFP) task order to maintain incumbent contractor acquisition support services for the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) Direct Access Program (DAP). This effort is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program; the proposed effort will be awarded under the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) GS-10F-0349N to ADDX Corporation, 4900 Seminary Road, Suite 570 Alexandria, VA 22311. This action shall be a Bridge Contract serving as an interim contracting vehicle until a new action is awarded.
