- Preliminary Statement of Work (SOW) for OMO Services Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a National Laboratory and Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), operated by Princeton University under contract to the United States Department of Energy, wishes to obtain expression of interest from qualified healthcare organization for the provision of occupational medicine services at PPPL for a 3-year term with PPPL having the option to unilaterally extend the performance period for up to two additional consecutive twelve-month periods. The services to be provided are described in the attached preliminary Statement of Work (SOW). Qualified healthcare organization must have a primary care facility located within 50 miles of PPPL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621111 Offices of Physicians, and the Small Business size standard is $11 Million. PPPL is located at the James Forrestal Campus three miles from Princeton University's main campus in Princeton, NJ. In support of research efforts, PPPL has a full time staff of approximately 500 employees. Interested healthcare organizations are invited to respond to this notice by providing an information statement to include a brief description of your organization's history and a description of your facilities, services, and customers. A preprinted brochure is acceptable. This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by PPPL. This notice is intended strictly for market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. No solicitation exists at this time. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capacity of qualified sources that are capable of providing the required services. Please be advised that PPPL will not reimburse parties for any costs incurred in responding to this request. Expressions of interest must be delivered to PPPL Procurement Specialist, Chi Man Cheung by 4:00 PM Eastern, July 11, 2018. Should PPPL proceed with issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for this requirement, all parties responding to this notice will be notified of RFP availability.
