Description

Brand Name Justification This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tenant Division, located at 6565 Surveillance Loop, APG, MD 21005 has a requirement to procure the following items: CLIN 0001 Logos Imaging Orama II imaging systems Qty: 2 Delivery of items will be 8 - 12 Weeks ARO The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source order/contract to Logos Imaging LLC. This firm is the sole developer/manufacturer /distributor of the product. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519 and the Business Size Standard is 500. All responses received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Friday, July 6, 2018. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
