DoDEA requires culinary arts digital courses and related web-based industry-standard certification test vouchers to complement the culinary coursework embedded in DoDEA's Culinary Arts Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathway. More specifically, DoDEA requires these courses and certifications for food handlers and food managers. The latter also require course and certification for food allergen safety.
