- NOCA J&A The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a Haas Super-Speed Vertical Machining Center for the AFRL/RWMF IAW 13.106-1(b) to the Phillips Corporation, 7390 Coca Cola Drive, Hanover, MD, 21046. Anticipated award date is 29 June 2018. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Haas Super-Speed Vertical Machining Center with Options, Qty. 1, P/N: VF-4SS This item must be delivered to: Eglin AFB, FL 32542 no later than 27 July 2018 on a FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 332710, small business size standard: 500 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to melissa.ullery@us.af.mil.
