Description

Wage Determination Drawings Specifications Scope of Work Sample Bid Schedule Reps & Certs RFQ The General Services Administration, Public Building Service is seeking sources capable of performing the work to be performed hereunder includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, material (unless otherwise noted) of all work requested to Construct Exterior Security Barriers outside the U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse, in Little Rock, Arkansas. The estimated cost range for all work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement will be Set Aside under FAR Part 19 for Total Small Businesses. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $36.5 Million. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 60 calendar days to complete. A site visit will be conducted at 10:00 p.m. on July 18, 2018 at the Little Rock Bankruptcy Courthouse. Any award resulting from this procurement will be based on a source selection employing a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" methodology. This project may be revised or canceled at any time during the, solicitation selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov
