Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. 36C26118Q0500 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334210, size standard 1250. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Interested SDVOSB sources must be listed in https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ to be considered for Award. Please provide a quote using the attached RFQ. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Responses must be emailed to cristina.lansangan@va.gov by July 13, 2018 at 4:00 PM PST. Interested parties may send an e-mail to the Contracting Officer at cristina.lansangan@va.gov to request for copies of the drawings for this requirement. A site visit is scheduled on July 2, 2018 at 10:00am. Interested parties are requested to submit the names of attendees to the Contracting Officer no later than June 29, 2018.
