On the network side (switch) the terminated and labeled cable will be run to the switch plus a 3-meter maintenance loop added at the network switch equipment rack. All completed cables are to be tested to ensure continuity. All services for this contract must meet manufacturer performance and technical specifications, Federal Regulations, and other specifications that may apply such as National Electric Code (NEC), Life Safety Code (LSC), Joint Commission (JC), and VA Regulations, American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA)/ Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), and Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (TDMM).
