Maryland Army National Guard 1-175th Subsistence Requirements Solicitation Number: W912K6-18-Q-0052 Notice type: Combine Synopsis/Solicitation Response Date: July 5, 2018 at 5:00 PM EST Set Aside: Unrestricted Classification Code: 89 -- Subsistence NAICS Code: 424410 -- General Line Grocery Merchant Wholesalers Subject: The scope of this project is for procurement of raw food for Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) 1-175th Infantry at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. Purpose: Maryland Army National Guard proposes to enter into a Firm-fixed Price contract to procure raw subsistence products to support the 1-175th Infantry training. Synopsis: "PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED." This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912K6-18-Q-0052 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The results of this requirement will be a Firm-Fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The RFQ is being conducted as unrestricted. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item Fixed Price purchase order under procedures on FAR Parts 12 and 13. Offer/Bid must be valid for 30 days. Description of Requirement(s): Maryland Army National Guard, 1-175 Infantry Regiment has a requirement for the procurement subsistence product to support the training at Camp Guernsey, WY. See Attachment 3. Please provided quote by delivery dates, and with a complete list of food being ordered along with price, See Attachment 2 for guidance. Product Description, for a complete list of the items to be procured. Contract Type and Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 424410 -- General Line Grocery Merchant Wholesalers, The small business size standard in number of employee is 250. Destination/Delivery: Shipping will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to: Maryland Army National Guard 1-175th Infantry Regiment ATTN: Logistics TISA WYARN Bldg. 605, Camp Guernsey Guernsey, WY 82214 Please note: Delivery truck must have liftgate/ no delivery dock available : Period of Delivery: (1) 13 July 2018 (2) 17 July 2018 (3) 20 July 2018 (4) 24 July 2018 Acceptance Criteria: Expiration dates needs to be good and not expire a couple of days after the unit has received the food.
