Description

The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Pregyl Services, Inc. Pregyl Services, Inc. is the only source that can provide this requirement because they own the copyrights to the IVD view control software and is only distributed for use with a Pregyl Services Pro Coat AIVD Coater or an IVD machine upgrade. Due to the proprietary operation and control of this system, Pregyl Services does not sell or license the use of the base code to any other control system or services company. Modification of the base software without written permission and instructions will void any warranty and will move all machine control liability to the person or persons who made changes.
