- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area: •Northern Boundary is Waters Avenue •Eastern Boundary is Florida Avenue •Southern Boundary is Kennedy Blvd (SR60) from Florida Ave in the East to the water on the West. •Western Boundary is Veteran's Express Way (SR 589) south to the water and then to a line intersecting with Kennedy Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,379 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 30 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 30 Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 2 Year Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Tampa, FL that will be expiring and is planning to process a short term lease renewal. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
