Description

Performance Work Statement (PWS) Clarification and Questions The following clarifications, and or questions have been presented and answered as follows: 1.PWS o1.2.3 - It says we must be on-site within 5 business days but in 1.25 is says there needs to be 7 days' notice to get the visitor pass. Answer: Three days for visitors pass o1.3.1 - 3D Systems uses refurbished parts in machines and as part of the replacement parts strategy. Answer: Refurbished parts are acceptable 2.From the warrantee "The cost of replacement parts, which may be new or refurbished, is included in this warranty." This noted toward the bottom of page 1. I have attached for your reference. Answer: Noted 3.Contract pricing will include all non-consumable parts for the 12 month contract. Answer: Noted 4.No idea what part pricing will be years 2-5. Answer: Vendors may enter pricing to include inflation, and or anticipated fluctuation in pricing or cost for the upcoming year(s). This can be done for "ALL" CLIN's (Preventive Maintenance) for Options I - IV.
