- Internet Connection Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-18-Q-L046 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98 Dated 31 May 2018. This is aset-aside for small business with the NAICS Code of 517919 ($32,500,000.00). This will be for one base year plus two options years so there will be three line items. CLIN 0001 will be for base year pricing. CLIN 0002 will be for Option Year One pricing and CLIN 0003 will be for Option Year two pricing. Period of performance for Base Year will be 4 August 2018 through 3, August 2019. Option Year One will be 4 August 2019 through 3 August 2020, and finally Option Year Two will be 4 August 2020 through 3 August 2021. Place of Performance will be at Camp Ashland, 220 County Road A, Ashland, NE 68003-6000. The following FAR clauses are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2; Evaluation--Commercial Items -- will be base on "BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT"; far 52.212-3--Offeror and Certifications--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4--Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditional Required to Implement Statutes--Commercial Items. Offers are due no later than 12:00 am CDT on Wednesday, 18 July 2018.
