Description

SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-Q-0496 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. Products must be DY4, INC, DBA CURTISS WRIGHT DEFENSE SOLUTIONS, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The requested items must be compatible in form, fit and function with the current system which is proprietary to Curtiss Wight Defense Systems. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. See Attached RFQ Award All or None Please include shipping charges to zip code 20684 Items must be brand new PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO QUOTES FROM SMALL AUTHORIZED CURTISS WRIGHT RESELLERS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00pm est., on 2 July 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
