- Attachment 04 - Alternate Crushing Location Amendment 04 Joe Springs Pit development Project This work is expected to be a Commercial Service Contract PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION Description of Work: Joe Springs Pit Development Project This project is to reactivate the Joe Springs gravel pit. The work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, crushing rock, hauling and stockpiling aggregate and riprap, seeding, and all other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. This work is intended to be a commercial service Pre-Bid Tour: None Pre-Bid Conference: None Start Work: Work on the project site shall commence no earlier than June 1, 2018, and proceed in accordance with the contractor's approved work schedule and run continuously till the end of the project no later than October 31, 2019. Period of Performance (June 1 2018 - October 31, 2019) Government-Furnished Property: None oe Springs Pit Development Project This requirement is anticipated to be a Commercial Service Amendment 02 extends the closing date to 6/6/2018 Amendment 03 extends the closing date to 6/18/2018 and updates the Supplemental Specifications to better meet the Service nature of the soliciation. Amendment 04 extends the closing Date to 7/6/18, changes HUBZone Set-aside to Total Small Business Set-aside, adds alterant lcoation for crusing site, and extends the Period of Performance to 9/30/2019.
