DEPARTMNET OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 10 (NCO 10) Description: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The singular purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The information obtained through this notice will be utilized exclusively as market research for acquisition planning purposes. Background: Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking the replacement of (165) patient chairs, (180) guest chairs, and (30) Ottomans (13 height) at the Wade Park Facility, Main Hospital. This requirement is for the procurement, set up and delivery, and installation at LSCVAMC, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106. NAICS Code: 337121, Upholstered Household Furniture Manufacturing, and Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. NOTE: Respondents claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE certified in VetBiz registry www.vetbiz.gov. Small businesses must meet the Small Business Non-Manufacturer Rule in order for the procurement to be set-aside. REQUIREMENTS: The requested manufacturer is Weiland Sauder.
