Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 621512 and the size standard is $15 million. The requirement is for one (1) Radiation Safety Officer. Delivery location is Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Oklahoma City, OK, which is located at 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. The period of performance will be October 1, 2018 September 30, 2019 plus four one year option periods.
