Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs in North Texas, VISN 17, need for the purchase of laboratory test kits and supplies to perform Chemistry testing, maintenance, training, reagents, calibrators, controls and accessories to be utilized for the processing of full field service automation instrumentation line. A firm-fixed price order will be placed to support this requirement under a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program (41 U.S.C. 251 and U.S.C. 501). All necessary tools, parts, transportation, material and supervision required will be acquisition on VA Federal Supply Schedule contract #V797D-70260. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no valid responses are received, the North Texas Veterans Health Care System will proceed with the intended sole source contract. Responses must be received no later than 12:00PM, CST on 07/5/2018. Inquiries can be emailed to lula.hill3@va.gov.
