- SRDS HVAC RETROFIT. Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set-Aside (both small & large business) This is a pre-solicitation announcement is to notify vendors/firms that the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), Branch of Acquisition anticipates release of an Invitation for Bid ( ¿IFB ¿/Sealed Bid) solicitation for a HVAC Upgrade requirement at Santa Rosa Day School, 35 miles west of Sells, AZ, Pima County, on the Tohono O ¿odham Nation Reservation. This procurement is an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set-Aside (for both small and large business) under the Buy Indian Act. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a $15.0 M size standard. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of Magnitude for this requirement between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. All technical details pertaining to this requirement will be provided in the IFB solicitation document to be made available on the fbo & fedconnect websites the approximate week of 07-16-2018 for the public at large. Hardcopies of the IFB solicitation document are not be available ¿ interested bidders are to obtain a copy from the fbo/fedconnect website. The anticipated period of performance of the resulting contract will be 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. All qualifying vendors must have a registered DUNS number and must have active registration in SAM.gov.
