Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology, Cooperative Studies Program has a requirement for a renewal of 121 existing brand name PrivPlus software licenses. The Contractor shall provide a consolidated maintenance renewal for PRIV PLUS Analytics Pro Software; base year with four 12 month options. This effort will consolidate all PRIV PLUS Credentialing Software for the VA medical centers across the country. Annual Maintenance for site will be consolidated to a single targeted start date of July 1st, 2018. This requirement should include all software upgrades compliant with the VA Technical Reference Model (TRM) for the life of the contract; to include upgrades to Cactus software should the VA choose to move to that product. Account locations and quantities are outlined in the attached PD.
