Description
FORT HOWES WATER WELL SYSTEM COMPLETION: The BLM office in Miles City, Montana has a requirement for a water system source replacement with applicable appurtenances and improvements including but not limited to installation well pump; drop pipe and appurtenances; VFD control system for the new pump; new 2 ¿ HDPE supply line; RO system; RO drinking water stations; misc electrical work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for this request. Work under this contract is located in Rosebud County, Montana The period of performance is 35 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work is anticipated to begin early to late August, 2018. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $15.0 million. A 100% payment protection will be required for a contract greater than $30,000. Payment protection shall be due within 10 days upon notification of our intent to make award. Prospective contractors shall be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database or failure to submit all required quote information as identified in the upcoming solicitation may make contractor ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov. It is highly recommended to start the registration process as early as possible as it can take up to 30 days. All questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing to rundlin@blm.gov at least three business days before closing. Email quotes will not be accepted. If an organized site tour is scheduled, details will be posted with the solicitation. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or around July 16, 2018.
