***AMENDMENT*** Revised SIR and Wage Determination Bid due date: 7/20/18 5:00 PM. All bidders welcome. Firm fixed price award. Contact/submit: van.ctr.nicholson@faa.gov. Questions by 12 July. Site visits: 6/28/18, 10 a.m. 1.Provide the material, equipment and labor to grade the existing site access road (10 � x 560 �) and install 3 � of compacted crushed stone base aggregate to be used as the surface material. 2.Provide the material, equipment and labor to remove the 10 � x 45 � section of paved access road and the 8300 SF of paved parking area, add base aggregate as needed to replace aggregate lost during the removal of the asphalt and install 2.5 � (after compaction) of asphaltic pavement. NOTE: Project to be completed in early October 2018. Contractor to coordinate the actual dates of work a minimum of 30 days in advance. FAA VOR facility to be shutdown during all work. On-site work must be completed in five days.
