- Tentative Tent Layout QUESTIONS SUBMITTED FOR W911SG-18-Q-0051; TENT RENTAL FT BLISS Q1. Is there any additional tents not outlined in the scope, such as a dining tent? A1. There are no additional tents included in the scope of this requirement. Requirements for other tents are being procured separately. Q2. Is there a site layout that can be sent to me regarding how these tents are required to be laid out? A2. A tentative site layout for Dona Ana has been uploaded; however, this is subject to change. An updated layout will be provided for Muleskinner and Dona Ana as soon as possible. Please note that this layout does not indicate number of tents required. It only illustrates positioning of tent space available. It is up to the contractor how many tents they will provide to meet the requirements per the PWS. Q3. Is there a preference on how many generators are on site and where they are positioned? Is there any distance from the tent that the generator must be located due to safety, etc.? A3. There is no preference on the number of generators on site as long as they can generate power to support the requirement per the PWS. Generators cannot be closer than 10 feet to the tent. Q4. Are doors required or are flaps to be used as doors? A4. Doors are not requirement. The tent shall close and block rain and wind.
