- Page 1 of 1 Pre-Solicitation Notice HIG SST EBSCOHost eBooks Subscription FBO Notice: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) is accepting quotes for a first-time/one-time subscription to the following EBSCOHost Medical and Health Sciences Electronic Textbooks (also known as eBooks): Basic Skills in Interpreting Laboratory Data, Clinical Pharmacokinetics, Compounding Sterile Preparations, Core Curriculum for Pain Management Nursing, Preceptor's Handbook for Pharmacists, Role Development in Professional Nursing Practice, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Healthcare Authority Is Relational, Breathing Under Water, Clergy Self-Care, Generation to Generation, Listening & Caring Skills, Making Health Care Whole, Personhood and Presence, Putting A New Spin on Groups, Spirituality in Clinical Practice, Teaching To Transgress, The Body Keeps the Score, and War and the Soul. Further detail of the specific titles required are available in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). These eBooks will be made available throughout the VHA healthcare system via an enterprise-wide license (for electronic access) in order to insure uniform availability of high quality, medical and health sciences electronic textbooks across the VHA system to improve clinical decision making. The NAICS code for this procurement is 519130 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1000 employees. This procurement is Open-Market and is not set aside. This notice is a request for competitive quotes. Any responsible source capable of meeting the requirement as detailed in the attached SOW may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.
