- PRON: AX8L1054AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 35 each up to 107 each maximum of a PUMP UNIT, RECIPROCA NSN : 4320-01-539-4456 Part Number : 93639-11 applicable to the OH-58D KIOWA weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA), Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 210 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 35 each, 2nd Year, 18 each, 3rd Year, 18 each, 4th Year, 18 each, 5th Year, 18 each. This item is restricted to HIGH PRESSURE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 07097 & ALM INCORPORATED / GSI FLO, CAGE CODE: 5EV47. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both. It is not economical to buy the data or rights to the data. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
