Description

1449 Doc SOW The purpose of this contract is to provide tents; tables; folding chairs; portable toilets with hand sanitizer (service is required); ADA compliant wheelchair accessible portable toilets with hand sanitizer (service is required); golf carts (flatbed; 4 pax; 6 pax and ADA); barriers; bike racks; storage pods and radios in support of the participants with intellectual disabilities of the Special Olympics 50th Anniversary Games, as well as the spectators for this event. The Contractor shall deliver all supplies according to the quantities, specifications, times (Central Daylight Time), at seven locations (CIBC Pitch; Clark Park; Toyota Park; Soldier Field (Three Events) - Eternal Flame of Hope (EFOH); Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR); Global Day of Inclusion (GDI-Festival); and Huntington Bank Pavilion, as specified in the SOW.
